These terms govern your use of Cali Auto Wash's services. By booking an appointment or paying a booking fee, you agree to them. If you don't, don't book.

1. Services

Cali Auto Wash provides mobile car washing and detailing services in Modesto, California and the surrounding Central Valley. Specific services, pricing, and durations are listed on our services page and may change without notice before booking.

2. Booking and payment

Payment may be collected online at the time of booking or in person at the time of service, depending on the service selected.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Cali Auto Wash does not store your card details.
Pricing is an estimate based on the vehicle category you select. Excessive soiling, pet hair, or add-ons may be subject to an additional on-site quote that you must approve before work begins.

3. Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible location with water access (when required for the service) at the scheduled time.
If we arrive and cannot perform the service due to inaccessibility, weather, or absence, the booking fee is non-refundable. A re-scheduling charge may apply.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

5. Liability

We take reasonable care with your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items left inside the vehicle, or outcomes resulting from manufacturer defects (peeling clear coat, failing trim, etc.). If you believe we caused damage, contact us within 24 hours of service with photos; we will review in good faith.

6. Photography

We may photograph completed work for use on our website and social media. License plates and identifiable features are blurred on request. Email us before or after your appointment if you prefer no photos.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Stanislaus County, California.
